Lillie Marie Long, 88, of Spotsylvania died Friday, October 30, 2009 at Greenfield Assisted Living, Stafford.
Mrs. Long was the widow of Harry M. Long and a member of The Presbyterian Church of Fredericksburg. She was owner and operator of Long Acres School and Camp for over 30 years.
Survivors include her daughter, Joanne Thompkins; her brother, Joseph Wharton Headley, Jr. of Philadelphia, PA; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 4 at Greenwood Cemetery in Tuckerton, New Jersey.
