Hazel M. Hall, 93, of Fredericksburg, died Saturday, October 31, 2009 at Hughes Home.
Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Earl C. Hall and a granddaughter Deborah Bledsoe. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church in Fredericksburg. She was a loving homemaker and mother who devoted her life to her family.
Survivors include her son, Milton L. Hall and his wife, Elizabeth of Spotsylvania County; two daughters, Joyce H. Bledsoe and her husband, Earle, of Montross and Nancy H. Wright and her husband George, of Daytona Beach, Florida; one grandson Lee Bledsoe; one step granddaughter, Serena Wheeler; one great grandson, Matthew Bledsoe; three step great grandchildren, Jesse Bower, Chris Bower and Josie Wheeler; one step great-great grandson, Will Bower; and Numerous nieces and nephews.
A service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, November 5 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Colton officiating. Interment will follow in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery at Mine Run in Orange County.
The family will receive one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Lee Bledsoe, William Peregoy, Wayne Miller, Brian Hall, Mark Reed, James Wiltshire, Billy Childress and Jesse Bower.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mary Washington Hospice, 5012 Southpoint Pkwy. Fredericksburg, VA 22401.
The family would like to thank Hughes Home for their loving care over the last 4 ½ years.
